Open House for Agents in Central Ohio - Mar 6, 11:30-1:30
I'm having an Agent Open House on a new listing on Mar 6, 11:30-1:30.
This is a unique, quite distinctive home that must be experienced in person. It is a 3-level California contemporary built on a wooded ravine east of Hoover Reservoir. The architect designed it with a series of hexagons with extensive windows to capture the fabulous view. Plus, there's 3 decks and 3 patios to further enjoy the terrain.
If you have a client who needs a large home office be sure to consider this one. The office wing has 3 areas plus an alcove area, separate stairs to driveway and nearby bath. It's unbelievable for a home business (architect, lawyer, music instructor??).
