sounds good - in this flat market, why would you give them up? Did you establish the purchase price when the tenants took occupancy? Do you suppose the sales price will be realistic when it is time for the tenant to make the purchase.

I find rent to own tenants take care of the property much better than run-of-the-mill tenants.
