client of mine is looking for bulk REOS to purchase around the country. Total minimum purchase of $1B. Criteria is as follows
1. 27 cents on the dollar
2. BPO no more than $150,000.00 for each property
3. Minimum $50 million purchase weekly
4. Warranty deeds and Clear Title needed
5. Closing in as little as 72 hours. Start t...o finish in 8 days
