"Trey" Thurmond Realtor on March 22, 2008 at 12:17am: If you know anything about College Station you know it is home to Texas A &M University, the 6th largest University in the Nation. Tomorrow evening the Texas Aggie Basketball team plays # 2 Ranked UCLA in the NCAA playoffs. Will this effect the real estate market in College Station?
Absolutely ...because I will be watching this game and won't be avaliable for a couple of hours to help any customers, or other agents. ;-)
