The developer of this Ocean Front Resort in Ko Olina, Hawaii has decided to sell all remaining Villas at this property at a final sales event on July 25th. They have stated that they will price the villas low enough to achieve their goal of selling 100% of the remaining villas. We will probably see discounts of 35% or more off of the last lowest published prices, which were already discounted.
