Elton Davis is fully committed to serving his clients and customers. Elton has a proven track record for getting the job done not only quick and effective, but in an extremely professional way! Within his time in the Real Estate Industry he has accomplished several outstanding achievements such as: 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, & 2006 he was awarded in front of peers to be a RE/MAX 100% Club recipient, in 2003 Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR) accepted Elton into their 1-Million Dollar Club, 2004 Elton was accepted by CBR into their 5-Million Dollar Club, The Ohio Association of Realtors has acknowledged Elton's excellence in service by awarding him in 2003, 2004, 2005, & 2006 an Award of Distinction into their President Club. He is certified to be a specialist in the arena of affordable housing. His most recent achievement is the opening of a new branch office of RE/MAX Champions in the village of Canal Winchester of which Elton manages the operation.

Elton gives back to his community through his contributions to Children's Miracle Network & United Way! He also contributes his voluntary time to his local board (CBR) and served in 2004 as Co-Vice Chair of the Affordable Housing Committee, 2005 Served as Co-Chair on the Affordable Housing Committee. In 2006 Elton Served as Vice Chair on the Education Committee, and in 2007 Elton is Co-Chairing the Education Committee. Elton sits on the Board of Directors at the Ohio Association of Realtors in 2006 & 2007. Over the past 3 years he has volunteered his time to mentor new agents at CBR's Equal Opportunity Mentoring Program on the topic of networking and prospecting. Elton is also a member and sits on the Board of Directors at Columbus Chapter of NARAB Realtist Association in 2007 & serves as a trustee on The Realtist Foundation. Elton is giving back to his community of Canal Winchester, OH by volunteering his time to coach football, soccer, and basketball in the youth sports programs.

Elton is truly a trained professional in the real estate industry and shares his life changing experiences with other real estate professionals nationwide through his affiliations with Cates International; he coaches others to enhance their Career and personal development skills.

Elton is also fully committed and devoted to his lovely wife Sonja and their six children: Elton III, Antonio, Jameka, Ramia, Joslyne, & Justin. In his spare time Elton enjoys: listening to music, playing basketball, fishing, tennis, golfing, reading, exercising, swimming, pool, & traveling across the world.
