The market here has softened to some degree (like much of the country), but North Idaho real estate is still very desirable and prices are still very good. We are in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho which is only 25 minutes east of Spokane, WA which had over 10% appreciation in 2007. How's the market where you are at?
Yes, I just bought an awesome book that has the locations of all the different Idaho hotsprings mapped out along with the trails on how to get there and what to expect at each one. I'm gonna try to visit some myself this year. Here's to a great 2008!! Aloha!
