Heck no, had my phone and my computer. Actually, took in about 7 new buyers and gave 1 referral out.
In fact, as I was boarding a boat to go snuba drive I took a call from a future home buyer who was leaving for another island and was thrilled that I too was in Hawaii.
Can you believe that a 14 mil buyer called while I was on the beach and got him hooked up with a team member. They are writing an offer today on several properties.
And then there's the investor that is writing offers on about 3 properties...so all in all it was a working/fun 19 days of vacation.
There is never rest for the wicked!!

Pretty good we are only 8% down from last year, but with eager builders buyers are like kids in a candy shop. People want to buy here for mainly vacation homes or second homes. Our town is trying to be more appealing for baby boomers which helps. You'll have to google Branson to see what I mean, So overall not that bad but could always be better!

I'm from Columbus, Ohio and just wanted to stop by to say hello and to see how the real estate market is in your area.
Best wishes for a successful 2008!
