Do I Need A Realtor To Buy Property ?
YES!
In my many years in real estate, this past year has definitely been a challenge. Representing buyer's and seller's is the way business is done , especially with 1st time home buyer's. Advising, going over contracts, researching the neighborhoods ever mindful of RESALE! Over the past year and a half I find myself representing seller's who have either foreclosed or need to do a bank short sale, to get out from under serious debt. How did this happen?
