It seems like an eternity, I used to advertise in 5 different Real Estate publications each month. In reality it`s only been 14 months since I stopped and dived totally into the NET! Our lead generation shifted for a reason. The magazines weren`t being disturbed as promised and the cost per magazine were rising. As I sat at a listing appointment last night, I kept asking the seller to clarify "How we can show the home?". The seller works the night shift for a local hospital. He doesn`t want to be disturbed during the day.

Therefore, his instructions are simple, show the home between 9:0PM-6:00AM only.
