How Many Social Networks are YOU on?

Oh my, another social network.

How many can we belong to without hurting ourselves from being Realtors and being out where the buyers and sellers are.

Don't get me wrong, I love Facebook, Activerain, Cre8buzz, Naymz and now Real Estate World. Maybe those of us that see each other everywhere should decide where we are going to "hang".

I've tried Twitter, Sarah Cooper had been spending time there and likes it. I signed up during the NAR convention to "follow people". But, couldn't get it on my phone for some reason and quite, but maybe I'll check it out again and just do email updates.

Anyone else have thoughts on this thing called Web 2.0. I have already heard web 2.0 is dead and we are now into web 3.0. That is all about Mashups.

Do you think we can mash all these social networks together ?

Managing Social Networks can be time consuming. I like to use tham as inbound links back to my website and blog. It would be impossible to actually sell Real Estate if I were managing all these sites all day. Adding some social marketing sites is a good idea for expanding your marketing efforts but your website and blog should be the main focus. Additional sites that you sign up for should always point back to your website and main blog.

Well, so far I've confined it to Active Rain and LinkedIn for the reasons you site. There's only so much time. I do like the layout of this site as it showcases our videos and photos very well.
